It's easy to register for one of our semester, summer or gap year programs.

1. Check availability on the trip schedule.

2. Complete the online registration form and pay your deposit ($400).

3. We will confirm your place on the program.

4. Up until departure we liaise closely with you to ensure you have all the information you need and are on-track with your preparations for the program.

5. Final program payment is due 90 days before departure. We will invoice you in advance for this. If you register less than 90 days before departure, full payment is due within 14 days of registering. We do accept late registrations, up until departure, if space is available.

Booking on the small group tour of your choice is simple!

1. Check availability on the trip schedule.

2. Complete the online booking form and pay your deposit ($400). Alternatively, you can print the booking form and mail or fax it back to us.

3. We will confirm your place on the tour and send you a pre-travel dossier with comprehensive information on flights, visas, travel insurance, climate, health, responsible travel, and a gear/packing list.

4. Up until departure we liaise closely with you to ensure you are taken care of. We can assist with international flights, travel insurance and extension options.

5. Final tour payment is due 90 days before departure. We will invoice you in advance for this. If booking less than 90 days before departure, full payment is due within 14 days of booking your tour. We do accept late bookings up until departure if space is available.
